Will this helmet cover fit my helmet?
The regular covers are made from a stretch fabric, and are designed to fit most standard riding helmets. If you have a very large or very small helmet, please contact us so we can adjust the fit.
 

I have a Tipperary (or other low-profile helmets.) Will these covers fit?
Please send an email request if you have a low-profile helmet. These helmets require a size adjustment.
 

Do you make helmet covers with the visor insert for skull type helmets?
Yes, we can make the helmet cover with the plastic visor insert. These are made as requested, and will take a few extra days. Please send an email requesting the visor insert.
 

I don’t want the bow. Can you take it off?
Please send an email request if you don’t want the bow. We will send one without the bow.
 

Do you make bicycle helmet covers?
Yes, we can make covers for the popular bicycle helmets, such as Bell, Giro, etc. Please send an email request. I need to know which helmet you use.
 

Are the covers washable?
The regular covers are made from nylon lycra (like swimsuit fabric) so they are washable in cold water, and hang or lay flat to dry. The fleece covers can be placed in the dryer on low temperature. If your cover has rhinestone bling, please hand wash only.
 

How long does it take to get my order?
Generally, we ship within 24 hours using standard first-class mail. You should receive your product within 3-5 days. If you need it sooner, choose expedited shipping at checkout for a 2-3-day delivery time. If you need it sent overnight you must call first. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
 

Do you sell internationally?
Yes. Shipping information is calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery can take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs. If your location is not listed, please contact me by email.
 

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you have a specific color combination in mind, please send an email request. The helmet cover pattern has six panels and the visor. You can mix/match any color or print you see on the website.
 

Is it possible to do embroidery on the helmet cover?
Yes! It is possible to embroider any text no longer than 10 letters. If you have a particular logo or design in mind please send an email request. The fee for embroidery is $15 and up.
 

We have a large pony club team. Do you give team discounts?
Please contact me if you want to place a large order. We give various discounts depending on the product and the size of the order.
